The Pan Am Stadium is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We chose to build it at the West Harbour. Now it's time to stand behind our choice. Show your support.

I don't support a west harbour stadium! Without a long term tennat(the Tiger Cats)all you are promising the tax payers are an increase in taxes for an empty building! The Tiger Cats are the face of this city nationaly.Take them out of the equation and everyone at city hall has lost my vote come October election time!Stop making Hamiltonians a national laughing stock.

Let's not get distracted from the original goal of developing a West Harbour facility in order to be involved with the PanAm Games. People had plenty of time previously to change their minds and pull their team support. Hamilton needs this, it could revitalize our core area with public transit, hotels, restaurants, boat tours, etc. Why does Hamilton not exploit it's waterfront areas the way other successful cities have?

I run a small business in Hamilton and I pledge to buy season's tickets to the Hamilton Tiger Cats for the next 3 years if Mr. Young will go back to his original position of playing in our stadium wherever it is. I have never purchased tickets, let alone season's tickets, so this is new money going to the team.

I challenge other Hamilton & area businesses to do the same, as well as all my customers and friends and relatives.

Hopefully that will be enough to send a message that we want the Tiger Cats to stay, that we support the team & appreciate Mr. Young's investment in the team and in Hamilton.

I ask that you all come out and openly support Hamilton's City Council and encourage Bob Young to play ball so that we can get the funding for our Stadium.
