The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are missing a big marketing and economic opportunity in not exploiting the possibilities at a west harbour Pan Am Games site, a rally in support of that location was told today.

For a city that has been trying to improve its retention of McMaster graduates by attracting them downtown, building the Pan Am Stadium on the East Mountain is probably the worst possible decision. I sincerely hope that City Council realizes that the benefits of building the stadium at the West Harbour location far outweigh additional parking spaces.
Committe Of The Whole Meeting, September 14
An important Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting will be held September 14 to discuss the recommendation of placing the Pan Am Games Stadium at the McMaster Innovation Park.
